Location Data

If you elect to share your “Story” with us through the Service, we ask you to manually enter your City and Country location on our “Stories” webform so that we can demonstrate the global scope of our users’ Stories (“Location Data”).  We use this Location Data to add a corresponding pin to our Google Maps layer, but we do not associate such Location Data with your name on the map. 

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Other tracking technologies are also used such as beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

The Loved Bible Project does not have any obligation to prescreen, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content, however The Loved Bible Project may, but has no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor User Content or user accounts containing User Content that The Loved Bible Project determines in its sole discretion violates these Terms of Use.  If your User Content violates these Terms of Use, you may bear legal responsibility for such User Content.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), The Loved Bible Project legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
